It’s literally so fucking sad and chilling that hoggle died and there’s Zero mention and we don’t see coggle grieve. When did they die?how long after magic went crazy? Before the school broke? Or after? Did coggle let their twin die for magic to “survive” (or themselves) or were they forced to let them go / betrayed by the other islanders and found out after hoggle didn’t come to dinner one night? I have to know and it’s haunting that I never will

Hey so after having watched the newest mismag (and the AP where I was hoping someone might ask the question I'm thinking of and no one did) I am just really really really wondering

What happened to Hoggle??????? 👁👁

the "when my brother was still around" could possibly mean they are still alive but maybe left this place for some reason and are therefore no longer 'around'

but considering the Tone of how things have been going I am guessing that justification of their absence is not the case 😬

So then if Hoggle is dead I really really really need to know the circumstances of what exactly happened, bc with the whole 'people also count as magic items' thing and the 'what are you willing to sacrifice' question in the air...

Please do not tell me that Coggle killed their twin 😬

rewatching mismag s2 and the way coggle shows up without his twin brother, says that he's not around but doesn't specify where else he could be, and they find coggle on the making-magic-out-of-human-bones island... yikes. 😰 the only thing that tempers that is that coggle says he's never killed anyone, but like... where is hoggle though.

It's been a while since I've seen the first season of mismag so maybe I'm provably wrong, this theory is based on nothing it's a wouldn't that be fucked up theory BUT

Wouldn't it fucked up if Coggle and Hoggle were never twins, and Hoggle was secretly Coggle's familiar and that's why they're not there anymore?

I truly believe that Jammer is the glue of the pilot program. He brings everyone together and has them move as one. He also brings in others like Coggle and Hoggle, etc.

But Sam is the grease on the wheels. She enables the group and their mission in a thousand little ways. She has made encounters easier or bypassed them entirely. And dear God, when she turns her focus onto winning an encounter, watch out. It can get ruff.

And I usually don't get invested into romantic subplots but it does feel like Samevan roman e is the way Brennan and Danielle are the way things are going.

I just want to say that rewatching the episode frm this week really is cementing my belief that Sam Butler is one of the best PC in d20.

She’s literally everything. I’m with Evan on this. She is the most powerful wizard and she’s so smart. I’m so happy she gets a chance to really shine with these AMAZING questions with, frankly, magic personified deities.

I’m so sad the season is almost over. Give me more Sam Butler content!

Also I went from platonic SamEvan shipper to full romance because what do you MEAN they cuddled on an air mattress and then said I love you to each other less than 24hrs later
